Some of the most important lessons you’ll learn at William Jewell are actually about yourself. Your experiences outside the classroom help to shape the person you’re becoming, and there are plenty of activities that provide a balance to academic life.

More than 70 organizations offer a range of experiences, from service groups to the campus newspaper. Our three fraternities and four sororities provide alternative living-and-learning options. Students receive free tickets to the college’s Harriman-Jewell Series events, which features performances by such artists as STOMP, Wynton Marsalis with The Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra and Yo Yo Ma.
